Third Annual Authors' Luncheon Submenu

The Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County’s Annual Authors’ Luncheon both provides our community with an interesting and engaging dialogue with renowned authors and is our major annual fundraising event. Supported entirely by volunteers, the funds raised go back into our community for efforts to improve the lives of women and girls – through education, economic productivity, health care and ending violence against them.

In a collective effort with other Zonta clubs around the world, we also use these funds to support the same kinds of programs for women and girls facing enormous challenges – preventing sexual violence in post-tsunami Sri Lanka and with Sudanese refugees in Chad; fighting human trafficking in Eastern Europe or training law enforcement about domestic violence in Bhutan, for example.

You can be part of this collaboration to ensure that all people have the opportunity to participate fully as citizens in their community.
