The Zonta Foothills Annual Authors’ Luncheon provides our community with an interesting and engaging dialogue with renowned authors and is our major fundraising event. Supported entirely by volunteers, the funds raised go back into our community for efforts to improve the lives of women and girls, supporting enhanced educational opportunities, access to health care services, fostering economic opportunities and working to end violence against women and girls.

     In a collective effort with other Zonta clubs around the world, we also use these funds to support similar international programs for women and girls facing enormous challenges – working to prevent sexual violence, mother to child transmission of HIV/AIDS and obstetric fistula.

     You can be part of this collaboration to ensure that all people have the opportunity to participate fully as citizens in their community.
