What is The Zonta Foothills Foundation?

The Zonta Foothills Foundation carries out the charitable mission of The Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County. It is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future tax code. The Foundation is not an advocacy group, and no substantial part of the activity of the organization will be to attempt to influence legislation.
