Golden Z Club Scholarship
The Golden Z Club Scholarship
Open to active members of our Flatirons Golden Z Club who are continuing their education. We are committed to our club members who are supporting Zonta’s mission as they continue their education.
To apply for this award the applicant must:
attend an accredited program to earn a professional certification
study at a secondary school, college, or university
be an active member at our Golden Z or Platinum Z Club programs
have attended at least 30% of Club meetings. (Zonta Foothills Club meetings are also considered for participation)
If awarded the Flatirons Golden Z Club Scholarship, you agree to:
provide the Zonta Foothills Club Treasurer with your student ID, so that funds can be sent to directly to your school account.
update Zonta Foothills Club on your progress and the impact of this award on your post-secondary education.
allow Zonta Foothills Club to use your name and picture in our promotional materials and fundraising efforts to promote this scholarship and Zonta’s work.
attend the Scholarship Award Ceremony to be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 6 pm. A Boulder location to be announced.
The Selection Committee will review your application and, if approved, a check for the amount awarded will be sent directly to the institution you are attending. It will be available for any education-related expenses for the 2025-26 school year.
Applications must be submitted by Friday, April 11, 2025
Winners will be notified by Friday, April 25, 2025

Thank you for your interest in the Flatirons Golden Z Club Scholarship. The Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County is proud of your participation in our Golden Z and/or Platinum Z Club program and we are honored to support you in your post secondary education. Awards will be up to $2,000 each. The winner(s) can apply these funds to education expenses incurred through May 31, 2025.
