Meet Our 2026 Zing for Zonta Judges

  • Caroline Kert

Caroline Kert spends her professional and volunteer life in support of the arts in Boulder. She practices business and arts & entertainment law at her firm, art.biz.life Legal Counsel and serves as the Chair of the Boulder Arts Commission. She has served on the Boards of the Boulder Fringe Festival, the Boulder Chamber Orchestra, the Phoenix Asylum, Art in Community, and the Temple of Tranquility. And, she helps to create a year-round arts community for Burning Man as a Boulder Regional Contact. In her spare time (ha, ha, ha!), she enjoys the creative storytelling and roleplaying elements of playing Dungeons & Dragons.

  • Josie Heath

Josie Heath is a longtime community activist.  She was formerly Boulder County Commissioner and also the President of the Community Foundation of Boulder County.  Josie was President Jimmy Carter’s appointee as the Denver Regional Director for ACTION and 1990 and 1992 was Colorado’s Democratic nominee for US Senate. She chaired the Governor’s Commission on the Status of Women and was a critical inspiration to the Zonta Foothills Foundation, helping to guide us with the inspiration for the launch of the Zonta EducateZ project which drives our Foundation’s leadership and scholarship programs.

  • Mardi Moore

Mardi Moore has dedicated her life’s work to elevating the rights, visibility, safety, and socio-economic status of the LGBTQ community, building grassroots organizations from the ground up, living through the AIDS pandemic, and continuing to see the gradual, albeit slower-than-wished, acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community into mainstream public discourse. Moore has been on the frontlines of the good fight for over 30 years at the local and national level.  She currently serves as the CEO of Rocky Mountain Equality and she is a better judge than dancer.
